Personal Information

I am the sixth grade teacher at St. Matthew's Lutheran School. I also serve as Athletic Director and coach both the girl's A basketball team and the boy's softball team.

I am from the Milwaukee area, where my parents still reside. I am the youngest of four, and I have two brothers and a sister. I am a 2003 graduate of Martin Luther College, where I majored in Physical Education and minored in History. I also met my wife Carrie (Dietlien), while attending MLC together, and currently we reside in Oconomowoc with our beagle, Jimi.

I am an avid outdoorsman, and I love to fish and hunt. During the summer, I spend as much time as possible on the water stalking muskie, bass, and just about anything else that swims. I am a diehard Packer fan and am enjoying the last few years of Brett Favre's career. I am also a big Buck, Badger, Brewer and Golden Eagle fan. To sum things up, I am a real "homer" when it comes to sports and will root for any team that hails from the "great dairy state."

I am very excited about the call that I have here, and I look forward to continuing to serve the Lord here at St. Matthew's.
